A legend in the sport of body building, Arnold served as Chairman of the President’s Council on Fitness from 1990 – 1993, and chaired the California Council on Fitness. Arnold continued his commitment to fitness and health as Governor, focusing on fighting obesity, supporting healthy eating and fitness, access to health care for all citizens, and innovation and research to address disease.
