Gov. Larry Hogan has filed a brief with the U.S. Supreme Court, seeking to back up the claims of Maryland residents who argue the state’s 6th Congressional District was unconstitutionally gerrymandered. The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments March 26 in a case in which Republican voters argued their influence was diluted when the district was redrawn following the 2010 census. The district stretches from Western Maryland into Montgomery County. The Baltimore Sun
