Last month, the USC Schwarzenegger Institute partnered with the American Conservation Coalition, BrownGirl Green, and the Rockefeller Foundation to host a bipartisan roundtable discussion with young climate leaders to explore effective climate messaging and how to improve collaboration for climate action.
The roundtable brought together a group of activists and environmental leaders from across the political spectrum to have an open dialogue about the current communication divide regarding energy policy and equity. During the discussion, the group shared a collaborative exchange of ideas, identifying common ground and shared values that can drive bipartisan solutions to the climate crisis.
This meeting came at a pivotal moment in the United States when the need for clear, compelling, and inclusive communication on climate issues has never been more pressing.
