“Carbon Wars”

The USC Schwarzenegger Institute and the UCLA Emmett  Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, are hosting small roundtable discussion led by the team at the Center for Public Integrity that has just launched the new investigative journalism project “Carbon Wars.” Carbon Wars takes an unsparing look at the fossil-fuel industry and calls out the polluters that foul our air and water and feed global warming, as well as the regulators and politicians who won’t do their jobs. This investigative series, which will continue indefinitely and has a strong California focus, aims to make the subjects of climate change and pollution more concrete and give the public and decision-makers information on which they can act.
