Schwarzenegger teams up with Holder to ‘terminate’ gerrymandering

Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R-Calif.) is teaming up with former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder to push for redistricting reform, saying he wants to "terminate" gerrymandering.
